We are one of the largest producers of plastic pieces in Poland. At present our plants jointly have 45 injection moulding machines in operation with injection weight from a few grams to 16 kg and clamping force from 50 to 1700 Tons.

We also perform injection moulding with the use of gas and latest technology of nitrogen generator. This facilitates the manufacture of goods with shapes very difficult to form using traditional techniques.

Our plants employ over 300 highly qualified workers in total.

Goods are manufactured in three company branches, including the newly established plant in Bydgoszcz with its usable area of 12000 square meters.

We would like to emphasize that we can offer not only processing of plastics to our customers, but also cooperation in considerably greater extent covering:

•drawing up documentation with respect to pieces
•manufacture of injection moulds
•manufacture of plastic pieces with the use of injection moulding method (including the use of gas)
•varnishing of pieces
•manufacture of metal pieces on presses
•assembly and packing of finished products

In the case of orders placed for manufacture of injection moulds and production of pieces with the use of the moulds, we can additionally offer gratuitous service of the moulds and a 3-year warranty including gratuitous maintenance, polishing and other minor repairs of the moulds. Additionally we can assure that in the above period the moulds shall be maintained in such technical condition as to ensure efficiency obtained on the same level.

The quality of services rendered and products manufactured is guaranteed by the international quality management system ISO 9001:2000, which has been adhered to in out company for years.

In accordance with requirements of out long-term policy we are implementing quality management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949.
